About the role

Drive exceptional guest experiences at a world-class beach resort on the Kenyan coast. You will oversee the front desk team, manage reservations, and ensure every guest arrival and departure is seamless and memorable.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years as Front Office Manager or Assistant FOM
• Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar
• Excellent communication in English and Kiswahili
• Strong problem-solving under pressure
